My name is Raul Espinosa, and I am a software engineering leader and founder based in Monterrey, Mexico. For over twenty years, I have supported teams in transforming complex product and healthcare challenges into reliable software solutions by emphasizing robust engineering practices, rapid feedback cycles, and user-centered design.

Currently, I serve as Director of Engineering at Canary Health and am the founder of Beora. I also author Agile Unframed, a publication in which I examine software design, organizational learning, leadership, and the practical application of agility beyond established frameworks and ceremonies.
